Curry Cauliflower

Packed with flavor and cooked to crispy perfection, this simple recipe pairs famously with just about any main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Sea salt to taste

Method

  1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together the avocado oil, liquid aminos, sriracha, garlic powder, curry powder, black pepper, and sea salt until well-combined.
  2. Rinse the cauliflower well under water and pat it dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Use a sharp knife to chop the head of cauliflower into small florets, discarding the thick stems.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the cauliflower and toss everything until the florets are well-coated.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375 degrees F. Transfer half of the seasoned cauliflower (or all of it if your basket is big enough) to the air fryer basket, making a single layer for best results.
  5. Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and has reached your desired level of doneness. Repeat for the remaining cauliflower (if needed).
