Sweet + Spicy Pecans
These are as close as I can get to TJ's version without sugar. Much better after a day or so when all the liquid has congealed on the nuts.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Pretty good peanut butter cheesecake: not too peanut-buttery. Crust could use some tweaks as it all melts to the bottom of the pan and is quite crumbly.
