Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Pretty good peanut butter cheesecake: not too peanut-buttery. Crust could use some tweaks as it all melts to the bottom of the pan and is quite crumbly.
Lemon Meringue Ice Cream Sandwich
These were a complete disaster: they turned out as salty, soggy, fragile cookies. The “ice cream” was fine but the consistency was wrong: too icy. At only .6 carbs per cookie these were promising, but are too finicky for my baking skills.

Personally I don't think “Better Than Olive Garden” is that good, so my version doesn't mention it. This sauce is cheesy and creamy and delicious.
