Refreshing frozen rose cocktail!
Ingredients
- 1 (750ml) bottle dry rosé
- ¼ cup vodka
- 2 cup frozen strawberries, jumbo if possible
- 1 Tbsp frozen strawberry puree or daiquiri concentrate
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of half a lemon
Method
- Combine bottle of rosé and vodka into a freezable container. Freeze at least overnight.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
