These super easy brownies cook super quick on the waffle iron. Top with some sugar free whip cream for a complete dessert!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Ideal Brown
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Method
- Heat the waffle iron on high.
- Mix all ingredients. Once the oily dough forms, split into four equal parts, roll into balls, and then smash them flat a bit (they won’t change shape too much in the waffle iron except to get the waffle marks).
- After the waffle iron is preheated, add the brownies to the waffle iron in the middle spaces (avoid the waffle separation lines), close the lid and wait 10 seconds. Don’t overcook!
- Remove the brownies by sliding a fork underneath them. Be careful — it’s really hot! They should not stick at all due to the coconut oil content.
